The ease in using VEND...
I started with vend back in 2016 and even then it was great, now i experience the ease of stok management for more then 1800 products with a fantastic cash register all in one. I"m a small 1 man organic food store and appreciate the comfort in it's usage and help it brings in doing every day business with everyday changing prices. It's a pice of organic cake.

I've been with Vend for quite a while…
I've been with Vend for quite a while now and grown with them. We find it really helpful with our business from the till to stock. My only criticism is the tech support and sorting tech issues. We've had an ongoing issue with the wrong stock showing but haven't been updated on this in ages. We rely on this information for ordering and stock valuation and we've been told there's an error but nothing fixed as yet. I'm still happy to use them though and that's my only issue with them.

Vend suits us extremely well
Vend has served us very well for a number of years now in our two small retails shops. The synchronisation with Xero is excellent, and we have just recently integrated it with Shopify as well. The reporting is excellent, the range of reports you can get is really good, and the POS feature is very simple and easy to learn and use. Vend is the best choice for us.

Would not recommend for paypal users
Was a truly easy to use application until their last big update, which knocked out a lot of the paypal compatibility (which was my personal preferred payment type) and on those days it is not working or synced to paypal it is much easier to close out of the vend app and use paypal here for free.

Vend is amazing
Vend is amazing! We use the vend software at our Barber shop and it works seamlessly with our booking system Resurva. Whenever we have a problem, Vend is always so quick to offer a solution. Keep up the great work guys!! - The Shed Grooming Studio -
