some of the updates have made it take…
some of the updates have made it take longer to add items ... having to open a drop down box before typing the name in several of the options was easier before . its a little thing but was better before (dont fix what isnt broken) being able to look up older months sales graphs would be handy and having a graph that plots progress for year or time period against a budget/predicted or/and historical totals would be great to see added . would love to know if you do classes with people to ...

TLDR; Vend POS: Great. Vend Ecommerce: Don't waste your time.
I have been a vend customer for the last 4 years and have no issue to speak of when it comes to their POS; it's easy to use, I love that it is cloud based and can be accessed anywhere, great loyalty program, etc.. Their ecommerce platform however is super limited and is getting more and more glitchy by the year. I operate a small bookstore
I operate a small bookstore, open only once a week, manned by 8 volunteers that work once per month. Vend has proven to be easy for my staff to remember how to operate from month to month. it keeps very good track of our inventory and sales. The bookeeper and I enjoy Vend's financial records and reports. We paid in advance for telephone support, which has proven to be excellent.

Great Experience, Reliable POS
We're using the Vend iPad POS and have only experienced a couple hiccups. Both time our problem was resolved quickly. I hope Vend will continue to improve the POS while maintaining stability of the product.

We've been very pleased with Vend
We've been very pleased with Vend. We are a cooperative art gallery with about 20 different people using this POS system, two on any given day. Most of us are "of a certain age," but we have all, including new artists to our midst, managed to understand the essentials of the system quickly and with little coaching along the way. "Enjoyed using vend"
