What do you like best about Varicent? What I find most helpful about Varicent is it allows you to configure your compensation plans to your needs. It is easy to use and allows your salesforce to view their data via a web-based application.

What do you like best about Varicent? Varicent allows us to essentially do anything we want and have full access (almost) in doing so. Although this means each model is essentially custom, the flexibility is excellent. I also think the ability to do most things is VERY easy and doesn't require material technical training.
