What do you like best about Varicent? Overall, I like the automation of commissions. Removing the manual calculation increases confidence in accuracy. It is so easy to make a small error or forget to update something in a large Excel file that then can affect many moving parts for many payees (employees). With proper testing during the implementation phase, that is no longer a concern.
