Easy to learn and use CRM
My overall experience with VanillaSoft has been very positive. The learning curve was a short one, you can look at it and within a minute or two you're off and running. Everything you need is right in front of you and the reporting is also a few clicks away with a clean user interface. I've actually brought up my experience with VanillaSoft to associates that are in sales and described the ease of use. Great product!

Best Dialing CRM Out There!
VanillaSoft is a simple, yet robust software CRM that is light years ahead of any other CRM that I have used. The system is just what any appointment setting/inside sales reps need. I love the progressive dialing, the reports/dashboard, and how it integrates with Toktumi. Any time I have a question, support is very responsive and has a positive attitude. I never feel like I am bothering them, yet the system has so few issues that I don't find myself needing to reach out to them often at all.

Vanillasoft is a great product with superb customer support
Our company has over two years or great experience with Vanillasoft. The product is easy to learn & use with great features and functions. Most important, the Vanillasoft customer support team is outstanding. They are genuinely nice people with great technical skills. I highly recommend Vanillasoft and their support team.

VanillaSoft is a robust cloud dialer with easy to use features and excellent customer support.
We've been using VanillaSoft for just over 2 months now and we're thrilled with their technology. VanillaSoft's support staff has been courteous and extremely helpful. Setting up call center campaigns has never been easier! Their VOIP service is priced very competitively as well. I would not hesitate to recommend VanillaSoft to any business owner or call center manager that is seeking a state of the art cloud dialer solution at very affordable rates.

Great Product for Inside Sales
User of Vanillasoft for 1 year. The life blood of our business is based on inside sales. Over the past 10 years we have tried or demoed most of the products in the market. Vanillasoft has been a game changer for us. It has allowed us to focus our cold calling efforts in a controlled environment. Vanillasoft - Great Business Partner
We've been with Vanillasoft for 7 years... David and his team are great. We've seen a lot of changes in the past 7 years and they keep making meaningful improvements every year. The improvements are meaningful because they listen to their customers. I've used a lot of CRM applications and this is by far the best company and application I've ever used. Highly recommended!

A very dynamic and highly efficient CRM
We have been using VanillaSoft for about 7+ years and have been able to grow from two agents to 25+ agents. The beauty of this CRM is that it is extremely simply to use, they have not over complicated things like Salesforce and many of the other platforms out there. Simply the BEST sales CRM in the business!!!
We have used VanillaSoft at Education Affiliates for almost 7 years. VanillaSoft has been a huge asset for us. It reduced our response time for internet inquiries to 8 seconds! The support team at VS is amazing. They are responsive to our needs and they treat us like partners in our business goals and objectives. VS is very easy to use and can be set up for most businesses in a day. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with VanillaSoft!!!

Very decent inside sales tool, does what it should do
We've worked with this tool for around 1 year. Used it for inside sales to around 10k of contacts. The setup is not easy and needs some thoughts and hands, but it's doable. Once alive it's running very smooth. Rapid response, easy to operate and in case you need any help support is very reachable. Even despite the different time zones. We never took the time to work on the analytics's part, so can't tell how that works out.
