Vanillasoft is the answer

I have tried several CRM solutions in the past 10 years but always come back because vanilla soft is the best. I have a lot of older telemarketers VS is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate

User friendly system that will result in new hires getting trained faster

As a training manager, I’m focused on getting our new call center employees trained up within a few days. With Vanillasoft, I’m able to efficiently do that with no problem. This system is user-friendly, easy-to-navigate, simple and effective. After using Vanillasoft for seven years, I’m still truly satisfied.

Service, support, and functionality...

At first I was a little hesitant in trying VanillaSoft. In the past, I’ve used SalesForce, ACT, and Goldmine. And although they all offer great sales and customer management tools; there was always something missing, I found that piece of the puzzle with VanillaSoft. The simplicity is its genius. Vanilla Soft Rocks

Vanilla soft is simply wonderful, it manages my data, manages my accounts, increases my sales and simplifies my life. It does everything but sell. What makes it different from the rest is the support, the tech support is always willing to take the time and work with you. The staff is second to none.
