VanillaSoft is the perfect solution for Inside Sales teams that need to make lots of calls everyday. Unlike other solutions it is built for power dialing and makes our teams drastically more efficient. VanillaSoft elegantly programs their system to make things intuitive and easy to use. As a result, our team can easily learn how to use the system without extensive training. Overall the simplicity of VanillaSoft allows our team to focus on selling instead of navigating their CRM.

Very decent inside sales tool, does what it should do

We've worked with this tool for around 1 year. Used it for inside sales to around 10k of contacts. The setup is not easy and needs some thoughts and hands, but it's doable. Once alive it's running very smooth. Rapid response, easy to operate and in case you need any help support is very reachable. Even despite the different time zones. We never took the time to work on the analytics's part, so can't tell how that works out.

We changed to VS 4 years ago. It is a callers dream!! We love the quick call result codes and have customized many of them to fit our needs. We recently joined up with their VOIP system. It's a pleasure!! We do nothing! Nothing to hook up, no buttons to push!! The system's features are unbelieveable!! And their customer service is exceptional! we were told this in the beginning via the references we were given and it's all true.

Tremendous asset to our company

We have been using Vanillasoft for almost 5 years now. They have helped us grow from a small call center to over 65 employees now. They have helped us every step of the way. Vanillasoft is a versitile tool for our call center

We have been using Vanillasoft's CRM software for several years. We operate both inbound and outbound centers out of several different locations. Vanillasoft makes it possible for agents in different locations to work with the same material efficiently. Vanillasoft also makes it very easy to manage agents in different locations because of the real-time reporting on activities and production.

Excellent service and very hands on team

My organization has used Vanilla Soft for about 4 yrs to date and we have found it to be an effective tool within our sales process. TECH SUPPORT AND STAFF ARE AMAZING
