"My go-to for data mining"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? As QA Mgr for a fast paced Outbound dept I rely heavily on VS to give me the feedback I need to have instantly at my fingertips both for monitoring daily operations as well as individual reps' performance AND creating custom reports for our clients. VS has great versatility for all basic needs.

Your customer service is fantastic. The customer service team always goes above and beyond to help me with any and all problems or questions I have. Good solution but major bugs and glitches that cost money
Pros: Pricing is correct, Functionality is great, overall solution is fine, it is extremely easy to use, easy to set up projects, customer support is typically really pretty good. Cons: It is very buggy, notification bounces happen constantly, the reporting feature does not work most of the time, it has errors constantly. I have been using the solution for about 4 years for my company and managing an account for a client company. We are getting ready to switch because it does not really ...

Experience with Vanilla Soft
My experience with Vanilla Soft thus far since March 2015, has been a great one. This software has made everything with our Outbound Sales Department so much simpler and straight forward. From reports, to stats, to agents performance tracking, etc. so much easier. Our performance have improved tremendously. Both revenue and team performance have improved tremendously.

The Telemarketing CRM I Always Wanted.....
VanillaSoft is the Telemarketing CRM I always wanted. It is what I would design if I outlined my perfect world. I have worked for two other companies that nearly bankrupted themselves trying to design a system with these features in-house. Why bother? Perfection already exists! Vanillasoft disappoiintment: Buyer Beware
I have been using Vanillasoft CRM since 2009. This year I bought a one-year subscription in advance last October 2014, in addition to continuing another subscription for another company that I work for. I have not used the October subscription for one day. In May I asked for a refund on the unused portion of Vanillasoft subscription I purchased in October. I was told that Vanillasoft will not refund ANYTHING on a prepaid subscription. Very disappointing considering the long-term ...

Just what we needed!
We found VanillaSoft to be just what we needed. I tested the speed in which our outbound calling staff could make calls and send emails to prospects and found VanillaSoft to be superior, simple and customizable to our specific needs. We tested against Salesforce and found we were able to make more calls quicker and send emails with less clicks. I would highly recommend to anyone who has agents that are making outbound calls.

Best telemarketing CRM application we've used to date
As MD of b2b telemarketing & outsourced telesales agency we've used various CRM tools over the last 3.5 years. VanillaSoft is a great lead management tool! Because VanillaSoft is a client of ours, we recommended VanillaSoft to one of our clients and also had the opportunity to integrate them into the system.
