Support Team is the Very Best! Especially Thomas and Alex
Your support team on the other hand is the BEST in the industry. I have worked with a lot of the guys yet most of my contacts have been with Thomas and Alex. To say they are worth their weight in gold, have the patience of a saint and work miracles with my education of the system is an understatement. Very easy to use and incredibly useful.
Vanilla Soft has been one of the easiest programs to learn how to use and to train others to use. It is also very easy to keep myself organize. Highly recommend it for anyone.

"Good for very small firms, basic integration with Salesforce"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? They have a good dialer and excellent scripting capabilities. A very basic integration with SFDC works as intended. The support they provide is top notch, they have gone above and beyond several times with our needs.

Great Lead Management Solution!
We implemented VanillaSoft's lead management & VoiP tools and the results have been amazing. Our centralized call center reps make outbound calls to prospects to set appointments for our field sales team members across the country. Our reps love how easy VanillaSoft is to use and the real-time dashboard helps our Demand Gen Team monitor lead flow and success metrics. I highly recommend VanillaSoft for prospecting and sales by phone!
