Sometimes unstable and on the pricey side...

Up untill about 2 months ago, i would have given them 4-5 stars. We had a major issues with reporting that caused us to lose quite a bit of money. Took them almost 2 months to get it fixed with no particular follow up or acknowledgement of the issue. The system is often lagging. They use X lite so really you get no support if some options dont work such as IM (we have had problem with IM for the past 4 months where X lite shuts down almost every 30 min). VanillaSoft sometimes forgets my password credentials.

VanillaSoft usually works fine, but every so often it doesn't communicate with Connect Me Voice, and I have to re-enter my credentials and password within certain users' profiles. Also, sometimes it has an error message that says it cannot process my request at this time. Other than that though, it seems to work very well. User-friendly and friendly to users

As someone who has used other CRMs and struggled to understand how to learn the nuances, I find Vanillasoft to be very user-friendly. It's very customizeable, and you don't have to have a background in coding to learn how to get the most out of the system. VanillaSoft is an intuitive to use software with the absolute best design for B2B lead generation. The software allows users to view all contacts in the corporation while targeting a specific user. In other words, agents can get both the contact-level view and the corporate view while making outbound dials.
