What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The best thing about Vanilla Soft is how easily you can create templates to send mass emails. You can also have your calls monitored and the software is able to pick which leads you should call first.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? it's a great, easy to use the tool. I'm in Account Management, so it's great to keep track of when clients have been contacted, for how long, and the purpose of the call.

"Okay software for calling without major insights"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The dialer is easy to use so callers are more productive than with other software. I also love the ability to easily create and view reports. Additionally, VS gives you a quick and easy view of what callers are doing at that moment. So this is great for remote managers.
