"Vanilla Soft as a CRM"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I am an Online Success Coach for Salt Lake Community College. We built this program from scratch with limited funds for a CRM. VanillaSoft offered us a way to better manage documentation of our calls, customizing weekly email templates, and especially generating daily productivity reports for individuals along with comparison to other team members.
