What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Accountability for lead management in real-time has made the role of an admissions rep easier as well as reviewing the live dashboard to drive day to day activity. I like how granular you can get on on administrator side to review data entered by the rep to determine areas of opportunities and work through coaching and training

"great software for cold calling"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? how easy it is to swiftly go from call to call and how we can get more clients by being able to reach multiple people at a time, this program is fantastic and works way better them the other compnaies.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I really enjoy the dashboard, which allows me to track my team's project performance. I like being able to see the outcome of every call that is made. The software is also very user friendly and our call-center employees are able to use it with ease.

This company is the worst
This company is the worst. After you try to cancel, they continuously charge you for months on end. Im still trying to cancel my membership and I haven’t used their website since November and it’s now February.

"Amazing experience! Will not consider another CRM or SEP again."
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Everything! This beats SalesForce by a country mile. The cadence structure is of particular value. The auto dialer works incredibly quickly as well. The ability to group projects by numerous groups of leads is tremendously valuable as well. Routing contacts due today helps keep my work life easy as well, eliminating any need to plan on what leads to dial.
