I have used Vanillasoft for over 8…
I have used Vanillasoft for over 8 years and was the perfect solution for our call center. We had so much control over the data and our reps were able to make 2X the calls they could make in other systems we tried like Salesforce or Hubspot. It was a game-changer for us and I would highly recommend. The flexibility to adjust the set up to my client's needs was key. I honestly don't know how I could have worked without it.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The platform is extremely reliable. We have a team of 30+ agents using VanillaSoft daily and were quickly able to systemize our sales process with this platform. Customer support was outstanding from day one and they treated us like it was their only client!

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Easy to reach support personnel when I have issues. There was a problem syncing VS Connect with the main application, and the technical team was able to successfully track down the right router settings to help complete the troubleshooting process.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? It has all my information saved and it's easy to use. Calendars and call back system works very well. It also show's the different time zones that customers are in and that helps out a lot. You don't want to be calling someone too early or too late! Another great feature is tracking sales calls, leads, good or bad, and all your outcomes from each phone call. "Effecient and Easy"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I love how organized the system is. It is easy to use and very helpful in organizing leads. The support department is also always available to answer questions or help with any issues. I would recomment this system to others. Everything can be tracked according to team member performance and leads to help coach team members in the right direction. What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Vanilla Soft is an excellent system to manage your prospects. It is very easy to use and I like the ability to see time and date of prior calls and the notes of the conversation. New contacts and phone numbers can be added easily. It’s a great time saving tool to use for appointment setting. If an issue arises the help support staff resolves it quickly and are very courteous.

"its is a good database to store and use information once you get a chance to use it."
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? That i can rely on certain research tools in vanilla soft to accurately store and pull up my prospective appointments if I need to reopen or edit any files...It also keeps tracks on times and gives explanation of steps taken to reach the contact.
