What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I love how customizable VanillaSoft is. Compared to similar CRMs and Dialers, VanillaSoft is customizable to my exact specifications and the way I like to do things. I am not a computer engineer and I do not know how to script, but VanillaSoft is so easy to customize that even I can do it.

"All in one system"

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I love how its everything I didn't think I needed in a dialer/CRM system. Intellectual routing blows me away. It is a simple click, call, next lead so the thinking is done by the system, not the individual. I can easily schedule appointments, follow ups, keep detailed notes all in one spot. I love the templated text messages and emails I can save and send with one click.
