What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The information is easy to view and access. It helps you to maximize your calls. It's also a great organizational to track clients as well as your own personal production. Scheduling and follow ups are also a breeze with this software.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Vanilla Soft was not only very easy to set up but it was also easy to use right from the start. We were fortunate that our company had us up and running from home within a very short amount of time because if Vanilla Soft. We didn’t need any lengthy training.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? It's very intuitive in terms of routing leads. The priority system is very clever and it help us work efficiently and effectively. Easy to use for the callers and admin user. All you need is integrate your softphone and you are ready to go.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I love how customizable VanillaSoft is. Compared to similar CRMs and Dialers, VanillaSoft is customizable to my exact specifications and the way I like to do things. I am not a computer engineer and I do not know how to script, but VanillaSoft is so easy to customize that even I can do it.

"All in one system"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I love how its everything I didn't think I needed in a dialer/CRM system. Intellectual routing blows me away. It is a simple click, call, next lead so the thinking is done by the system, not the individual. I can easily schedule appointments, follow ups, keep detailed notes all in one spot. I love the templated text messages and emails I can save and send with one click.
