"Using VanillaSoft in these unprecedented times"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The multiple panels on the calling screen. This without a doubt aids the flow of conversation and the overall user experience. Being able to check and edit key personal info while at the same time having the script open, all on one screen, allows for a streamline and effecient call.

"It sometimes has a harder time loading which makes it harder to work efficiently."
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I really like how it has our scripts in a convenient place and that we can easily just go to set and use the calendar to know the time difference between you and your client.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I have used this program daily for around 3 years. I am fairly familiar with its ins and outs as it is necessary for me to manipulate the leads so that the correct people are seeing the leads that they need to. I have done much work in the background with contact management and producing and editing result codes. It is relatively easy to search for specific leads.
