What do you like best about VanillaSoft? As a new employee, I appreciate the user friendly interface VanillaSoft provides. I appreciate the hands on support from their IT Team. Our students are able to easily navigate the site, and feel comfortable and confident in their work.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The screen format is good and presents the relevant data needed for quick analysis of the lead. The integration of SMS,Email and voice drop is fantastic. That is the most efficient CRM software I have used.

"VanillaSoft is a game changer in higher ed fundraising."
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Being able to customize all field types is amazing. As a university phonathon coordinator, I used to have to get creative by combining information due to limits on the number of fields the callers were able to see. With VanillaSoft I can create as many fields as I need AND that information can be used as merge fields in scripts, email templates and text messages. The possibilities are endless.

"Flexible and easy to navigate software"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The main thing I like about vanilla soft is the flexibility it gives. We can upload our own data (in stages, if we want, meaning it is easy to refresh any new gifts that might have come in) and adjust any fields displayed to the callers. You can set up your own scripts, funds, users, etc, and all of this is very easy to change.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? It's relatively easy to use, especially if you've used other CRM systems. Ability to export some info to Excel is nice as well.
