What do you like best about VanillaSoft? VanillaSoft is a very user friendly CRM. I love their Intellective Routing Feature which allows us to prioritize leads based on criteria in the records.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Quick customer service, easy-to-use platform. I like that I can also monitor my team's activity. Vanillasoft is always trying to improve and make the platform even better.

"Useful Phonathon Software that's easy to navigate and customize"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? VanillaSoft is easy to use, and custom fields/tables are vital for segmentation, and built in email/sms post-call is great, especially for reaching some alumni who don't always pick up the phone. Custom reports make closing the night very efficient.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Our University has specific needs for our Phonathon, and VanillaSoft is super easy to customize for our specific needs. I also appreciate the support at VanillaSoft - they are incredibly helpful and timely and efficient.

"Helpful tool for outreach."
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Using VanillaSoft has allowed my students to be more independent while making calls. They are coding calls more accurately and are able to do follow-ups. Overall our outreach efforts are more organized and more efficient.
