We were looking for something that would allow us to manage our customers, we also wanted something open source so that we could customize it. Well with UV Desk you get enterprise customers service, along with the ability to customize and re brand as an your own product. On top of that the price is right!

Thumbs up for the UVDesk Team!

Just finished the installation of the community-skeleton. Got trouble at the beginning but the UVDesk Team responded to it quickly. Need to do more tweaks but I already love it.UVDesk is simple, user-friendly and very functional.

I like simple and fast UI

I like simple and fast UI. Custom rules (workflows) is the most useful thing for us. Most helpdesk systems have pretty poor notifications configuration, but not UVdesk.Support is great also! And fast!
