Great Ticketing System

UVdesk is an amazing Help Desk System

UVdesk is an amazing Help Desk system. Responsive and with a very good design. One of the most important things to me is the team beside that, I believe Indian people are not only great developers but I feel usually to be in touch with an human, empathic and always kind team. Not happy with Customer support

Not happy with Customer support. Failed to make it work on our environment. asking for help from last 2 month via skype + support Ticket. Still no luck
