What do you like best about UserTesting? The biggest upside of UserTesting is their participant pool and filtering abilities. I can find current customers of our business, people who have never heard of our company, or even people who used to use the site but now don't in such little time! "UserTesting helps gather customer insights"
What do you like best about UserTesting? I have been using UserTesting for a variety of reasons but specifically to gather customer insights through usability studies. It provides an easy to use interface and often I have early results within minutes. I love the UserTesting recording feature which often helps me understand the user behavior, cognitive load and decision making for the end users.
