What do you like best about UserTesting? There are two things that really make UT stand out over other platforms I've used. 1. The speed at which you get feedback (I've never had a test take more than a couple hours).

What do you like best about UserTesting? It allows to setup a test, get result, analyse them and act on them extremely fast. If you were to do real world lab test the process would take weeks, here it usually takes me a day from test ideation to analysis.

What do you like best about UserTesting? The biggest upside of UserTesting is their participant pool and filtering abilities. I can find current customers of our business, people who have never heard of our company, or even people who used to use the site but now don't in such little time! "It took some time to get going, but worth the effort"
What do you like best about UserTesting? There are many positive aspects to UserTesting, but the speed of getting responses to a question is my favorite benefit. It is easy to set up a survey, and responses start to flow in after about ten minutes.
