What do you like best about UserTesting? Enables us to launch research that fills up quickly with participants who give great feedback. Like the note taking and video sharing features of user testing.

"It took some time to get going, but worth the effort"
What do you like best? There are many positive aspects to UserTesting, but the speed of getting responses to a question is my favorite benefit. It is easy to set up a survey, and responses start to flow in after about ten minutes.
