"It took some time to get going, but worth the effort"
What do you like best? There are many positive aspects to UserTesting, but the speed of getting responses to a question is my favorite benefit. It is easy to set up a survey, and responses start to flow in after about ten minutes.

"Great way to quickly reach relevant users for qualitative testing"
What do you like best? The review features like being able to cut clips, annotate, and share those out easily, has made it super easy to share research out with the product team and get by in outside of just research/design.

"UserTesting helps gather customer insights"
What do you like best about UserTesting? I have been using UserTesting for a variety of reasons but specifically to gather customer insights through usability studies. It provides an easy to use interface and often I have early results within minutes. I love the UserTesting recording feature which often helps me understand the user behavior, cognitive load and decision making for the end users.
