"Reliable & consistent user feedback"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Really like the live conversation option, as it allows us to very quickly gain access to users within our defined demo. I also really like the detail & metrics view which allows for a quick review of the overall study. In addition, the clip sharing is fantastic, because you can include a short clip to simultaneously demonstrate your point.

What do you like best about UserTesting? It's so easy to draft up and launch tests, and insights come in so quickly! Their templates are super useful and their Support staff is always there if you have a question. I'm also obsessed with the Highlight reel creator - it's insanely easy to make clips and piece together videos for hard-hitting insight reels to share with the team with the simple copy/paste of a hyperlink. What do you like best about UserTesting? User Testing is very easy to use and best of all you get accurate, fast results! I was absolutely shocked on how I got real users that were screened properly. The quality of the results exceeded my expectations. Plus, I thought it could take days to receive results but it was literally under an hour. Amazing results!

What do you like best? UserTesting just works. I've never ran into technical issues when launching studies - something all too familiar on other platforms. Plus, when I've had questions, support teams have been wonderful and quick in solving my problems.

What do you like best? Being able to write highlight reels by task saves so much time in usability synthesis! The metrics dashboard is also super helpful to see the ratings charts.

What do you like best about UserTesting? Really easy to set up user tests, with lots of helpful question types. Great template tasks as well, very handy when splitting testing with colleagues that have less experience with testing. Very quick turn around times, and good quality videos and feedback.
