"Reliable & consistent user feedback"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Really like the live conversation option, as it allows us to very quickly gain access to users within our defined demo. I also really like the detail & metrics view which allows for a quick review of the overall study. In addition, the clip sharing is fantastic, because you can include a short clip to simultaneously demonstrate your point.

What do you like best about UserTesting? The review features like being able to cut clips, annotate, and share those out easily, has made it super easy to share research out with the product team and get by in outside of just research/design.

"Easy and Fast User Testing"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The most helpful aspect of the UserTesting is being able to choose the demographic you want to target. You can get down to really precise details about it and they help you find them. Also, I usually get a response to my test within hours which helps us move relatively fast with decisions.

What do you like best? UserTesting just works. I've never ran into technical issues when launching studies - something all too familiar on other platforms. Plus, when I've had questions, support teams have been wonderful and quick in solving my problems.
