"Reliable & consistent user feedback"

What do you like best about UserTesting? Really like the live conversation option, as it allows us to very quickly gain access to users within our defined demo. I also really like the detail & metrics view which allows for a quick review of the overall study. In addition, the clip sharing is fantastic, because you can include a short clip to simultaneously demonstrate your point.

"Easy and Fast User Testing"

What do you like best about UserTesting? The most helpful aspect of the UserTesting is being able to choose the demographic you want to target. You can get down to really precise details about it and they help you find them. Also, I usually get a response to my test within hours which helps us move relatively fast with decisions.
