What do you like best? We were able to recruit users with our very specific demographics: industry, job role, etc which was so great. We got to get insights from our competitors too as some of them are customers using our competitors' software.

"Highly Recommend this tool for UX Research"
What do you like best about UserTesting? I like that videos are recorded (screen and voice) so it makes it easy to look at insights, take notes, etc. I like that I can create clips to share with colleagues, and that I can play around with a lot of settings. I use it heavily for User Research for my job as a Product Designer. I also like that I can rewind, fast forward, speed up, slow down, and take notes.

What do you like best about UserTesting? Quick and easy access to real product feedback; videos of people using our product; easy test set up; great features to take notes or create clips from recordings; ability to follow up with user testers afterwards

What do you like best about UserTesting? It's so easy to draft up and launch tests, and insights come in so quickly! Their templates are super useful and their Support staff is always there if you have a question. I'm also obsessed with the Highlight reel creator - it's insanely easy to make clips and piece together videos for hard-hitting insight reels to share with the team with the simple copy/paste of a hyperlink. "Such a time saver!"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Being able to write highlight reels by task saves so much time in usability synthesis! The metrics dashboard is also super helpful to see the ratings charts.
