What do you like best about UserTesting? It's so easy to draft up and launch tests, and insights come in so quickly! Their templates are super useful and their Support staff is always there if you have a question. I'm also obsessed with the Highlight reel creator - it's insanely easy to make clips and piece together videos for hard-hitting insight reels to share with the team with the simple copy/paste of a hyperlink. Plus, we love the Live Convos feature - these are practically on demand ...

"Reliable & consistent user feedback"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Really like the live conversation option, as it allows us to very quickly gain access to users within our defined demo. I also really like the detail & metrics view which allows for a quick review of the overall study. In addition, the clip sharing is fantastic, because you can include a short clip to simultaneously demonstrate your point.
