What do you like best about UserTesting? Recruiting is very simple, and overall I've been happy with the the general quality of testers as well as UserTesting's response when testers aren't quality (they are quickly replaced at no additional cost).

What do you like best? The quick turnaround in getting users testing- from testing something quick to a more in depth test it allows for quick testing on key things. It also offers a variety of options for testing.

"The best tool for very fast user feedback"
What do you like best about UserTesting? I was most impressed by how quickly our videos came back from testers; within hours. The responses were also good quality, so I felt like they had done a good job at finding the right people (although I also set up the test itself with screener questions and targeting). I also loved that it was easy for me to set up; I have some experience with user research but not a lot, and still felt like I was able to use the tool to get good results.

What do you like best about UserTesting? UserTesting provides a panel of users and gets feedback very quickly -- sometimes in a few hours. I love that the videos are easily accessible and can be shared or edited.

"Highly Recommend this tool for UX Research"
What do you like best? I like that videos are recorded (screen and voice) so it makes it easy to look at insights, take notes, etc. I like that I can create clips to share with colleagues, and that I can play around with a lot of settings. I use it heavily for User Research for my job as a Product Designer. I also like that I can rewind, fast forward, speed up, slow down, and take notes.

"UserTesting is a great tool for remote testing"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Panel of participants is good but you have to include screening questions, customer support when there are issues, They keep adding useful features to grow. Ability to test websites or prototypes on mobile or desktop, easy to share videos, video clipping, transcription (although they seemed to have removed that from our account recently), search capability, scheduling live conversations
