What do you like best? UserTesting provides a panel of users and gets feedback very quickly -- sometimes in a few hours. I love that the videos are easily accessible and can be shared or edited.

What do you like best about UserTesting? We were able to recruit users with our very specific demographics: industry, job role, etc which was so great. We got to get insights from our competitors too as some of them are customers using our competitors' software.
