What do you like best about UserTesting? The platform is intuitive and easy to use. It has loads of resources (clips, script etc) and also if there is a problem with a user you will get this replaced quickly.

What do you like best? The customer service is prompt and very helpful. I have always had any issues resolved quickly and professionally. I can get stressed out with deadlines and not being the most tech savvy person out there, so I got lots of questions. I appreciate customer support's positive attitude with me, no matter how surly I can get (even when I try not to! Nobody's perfect...).

What do you like best about UserTesting? Building tests on UserTesting is extremely easy. The ability to select specific demographics is great for targeting the most relevant users. Screener questions also help make sure testers are really who you're looking for. When creating your test, UT offers quick task options and popular task options which would come in hand for those who are less familiar with running user tests.

What do you like best about UserTesting? Ability to reach out to wide range of testers. And even sometime the testers are not good, usertesting was able to replace it very quickly.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I love how easy it was to learn the platform of UserTesting, as well as, the terrific support staff UserTesting has. Any questions or issues I have run into have been solutioned in 24 hours (if how faster) . This platform has changed the way our company operates and we have become much more effective with our time!
