"Powerful synthesis, but an overall clunky experience"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The synthesis tools are good for looking at research holistically across clicks and replies. I also appreciate watching videos and the ease of creating, sharing, and stringing together video clips.

What do you like best about UserTesting? The ability to get detailed feedback from real people with a quick turn around is essential when prototyping or testing new features or messaging. I've always been pleased with the speed at which responses are received. UserTesting is an essential tool for teams that don't want to have to wait until tomorrow to keep improving.

What do you like best? In general, set up is really quick and straightforward. There's a high volume of users which is super important and nice so that we can get insights quickly. Generally, the interviews I've had have been meaningful and useful.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I like how easy it is to make comments that align with the video time stamp. In addition, hightlight reels are invaluable for sharing with upper management.
