"I highly recommend Usertesting.com, great customer service and research platform!"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The customer service is prompt and very helpful. I have always had any issues resolved quickly and professionally. I can get stressed out with deadlines and not being the most tech savvy person out there, so I got lots of questions. I appreciate customer support's positive attitude with me, no matter how surly I can get (even when I try not to! Nobody's perfect...).

"Keeps You Testing More"
What do you like best about UserTesting? I like that UserTesting is simple to set up and that they find testers for your OR allow you to bring your own recruits. That flexibility makes it easy to hit the right demographic for your test.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I like that you can create a transcript of the video. Demographic controls were great. The ability to tag segments of the video on the fly is great.

What do you like best about UserTesting? We have easy access to real users and receive quick feedback on real sites/ads as well as prototypes. Our team is able to easily create and deploy tests, screened to a relevant target audience and quickly dissect critical issues.

"Powerful synthesis, but an overall clunky experience"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The synthesis tools are good for looking at research holistically across clicks and replies. I also appreciate watching videos and the ease of creating, sharing, and stringing together video clips.

"Extremely helpful to identify user behavior"
What do you like best about UserTesting? User Testing allows you to designate the type of users you are modeling for, and actually watch them navigate your site in recorded sessions. Users are trained to do "think alouds" so we get to see and hear the actions and thinking of users similar to your target users. The turnaround times are incredibly fast too. I've made many discoveries through these insights and find this to be a marvelous solution.
