What do you like best? It’s a fantastic way to recruit participants quickly. It’s a great tool to manage stakeholders and have the ability to answer their questions quickly by speaking to customers without the lengthy and costly formal face to face recruitment process.

What do you like best? UserTesting gives our team easy access to gather user insights as we are iterating on our products. The solution is relatively simple and easy to learn. Customer service and support has been very helpful as we have ramped up our usage of the tool.

"Surprisingly effective approach to insight research"

What do you like best? That it melds together the quantitative and qualitative sides of research in an effective way. The counting of themes and word choice is a great thing to understand from a top level. And the interviews them selves, and the method, really seem to prompt genuine thoughts. As opposed to an open ended survey, where you have to think and then note your thoughts, this is free speaking of thoughts as they come to them, which is more valuable in my experience.

What do you like best? The first thing I really like the fact that it is a self service tool. Anyone in my team: designers, user researchers, product managers can use it by themselves as long as they have screenshots or a mock. I also like how intuitive and fast it is to use. The UI is really brilliant and it takes only a few minutes to understand what is asked. The fact that the mock can be shared with other stakeholder for reviewal is also a pretty good feature as often times these need ...

What do you like best? I really like the idea of the market place, I think the fact that as a Product Manager you can access your actual users and define your testing terms base on different segments is amazing.
