What do you like best about UserTesting? UserTesting gives our team easy access to gather user insights as we are iterating on our products. The solution is relatively simple and easy to learn. Customer service and support has been very helpful as we have ramped up our usage of the tool.

What do you like best? The ability to create tasks that helped us understand the user experience from website navigation to initial app experience. Also, the ability for us to tag interesting insights to share internally with our team.

What do you like best about UserTesting? Our research team likes how quickly we can put tests in front of users and how quickly we can iterate on our designs because of it. We also like the clip functionality within each session as it transcribes and helps stakeholders hear from the real users

What do you like best about UserTesting? The ability to ask any question of a subset of our users and the ability to use pre filled surveys to help get started. Being able to set screener questions has also helped us isolate new demographics and get a fresh look on our product from markets we currently are not reaching with conventional marketing. What do you like best about UserTesting? You can literally get an idea of your design in minutes. Their big pool of registered testers makes the process quick and efficient.
