"UserTesting is an exceptional tool to collect high quality qualitative data"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The ability to investigate the thought process that participant have while conducting a study has been invaluable. The ability to interview individuals in their own home is also a benefit, deceasing the prevalence of confounds in studies.

"Surprisingly effective approach to insight research"
What do you like best about UserTesting? That it melds together the quantitative and qualitative sides of research in an effective way. The counting of themes and word choice is a great thing to understand from a top level. And the interviews them selves, and the method, really seem to prompt genuine thoughts. As opposed to an open ended survey, where you have to think and then note your thoughts, this is free speaking of thoughts as they come to them, which is more valuable in my experience.

"INntuitive User Testing at your fingertips"
What do you like best? Working in a fast paced design and development environment, I appreciate the quick turn around of result. Within 24 hours of submitting your test plan / recruitment survey you can have a multitude of in-depth user interviews complete.

"An easy way to get your company started with testing"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Best thing about user testing is how easy and quick it is to start a test. As a UX designer, sometimes the hardest part of testing is getting the right audience. User Testing incentivizes the testers and has them already ramped up to test which makes that process fast and simple.

"User testing is a great way to quickly reach out to a wide array of users."
What do you like best? It is super easy to build tests on UT.com. It allows you to take snippets from user feedback which is extremely impactful when presenting your findings to a wider audience.
