"Excellent at Moderated Usability Tests"
What do you like best? Having the scheduling built into the tool and being able to set a cap on the number of participants was incredibly helpful. For doing moderated remote testing UserTesting is great!

What do you like best about UserTesting? - Overall ease of use - UserTesting is *super easy* to jump in and set up tests within a couple of hours - All the panel management is handed for you (you can of course create your own panel too)

What do you like best about UserTesting? The first thing I really like the fact that it is a self service tool. Anyone in my team: designers, user researchers, product managers can use it by themselves as long as they have screenshots or a mock. I also like how intuitive and fast it is to use. The UI is really brilliant and it takes only a few minutes to understand what is asked. What do you like best? The ability to investigate the thought process that participant have while conducting a study has been invaluable. The ability to interview individuals in their own home is also a benefit, deceasing the prevalence of confounds in studies.
