What do you like best about UserTesting? That it's really easy to get a prototype in front of users. Testers are readily available and you can get high quality usability feedback.

What do you like best? It's a quick way to get real user feedback. They have a huge panel which makes it super easy and fast to recruit for specific demographics. Its super easy to make clips and highlight reels to show stakeholders. its also very easy to recruit for moderated studies. They are also great with replacing users if you have participants who don't follow instructions.

What do you like best? The ability to test upwards of 20+ users, the recruitment panel, the various modules available to build a test to resemble a qualtitative session when done in-person.

What do you like best about UserTesting? The ability to quickly get participants from the UT pool. I love adding in demos to quickly test something to get results within an hour. Our research team is much stronger with the ability to do this.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I'm a product manager/interaction designer try and use it on all my projects. Even with projects I'm confident in I'm always able to take away new insights and findings from watching users interact with prototypes.
