"Fantastic Service, unique insights"
What do you like best? The ability to quickly get participants from the UT pool. I love adding in demos to quickly test something to get results within an hour. Our research team is much stronger with the ability to do this.

"One stop shop for qualitative user testing"
What do you like best about UserTesting? It's so easy and fast to recruit participants. Takes the work out of setting up recording and compensation. The features I use the most are the balanced comparison, highlight transcript feature, and the metrics section. I also like that it gives me the flexibility to use their own panel vs users from our own website.
