"Useful Service"
What do you like best about UserTesting? I liked that you could get real feedback on your website, and that it was usually pretty detailed as well. Being able to set your own questions that the tester would have to answer/navigate to was really helpful because in some ways you are better able to get targeted guidance rather then generic.

"Very helpful for quick testing"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The enterprise account allowed me to choose people from my area (Canada) and filter for province. I liked that aspect and the fact it was so quick. I could get results very quickly. I also felt support were helpful in getting back to me when I had problems. For example, the tester didn't follow instructions or had some technical glitches. I liked that I could export the videos easily.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I love that you get actual realtime feedback from real people. The time turnaround is also a plus. You're not waiting weeks on feedback. It's usually within hours.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I love how User Testing takes users' feedback and implements changes to the product to make it more user friendly. I feel like a valued customer! Also, it's a super quick and easy way to get questions answered to help inform decisions or next steps.
