Takes a while to get your rating up

Takes a while to get your rating up, but once you do you can do well. Very hard to get surveys since Covid as I suspect too many new members. You need to be quick and have a good internet speed.Also don't try lying, you'll get found out and kicked off the site. Only do surveys that you are confident you know what you are talking about

Good opportunity, terrible customer service

UserTesting is a solid opportunity to make some extra cash. Beware that if you do experience issues as a tester, you are likely to never have those resolved. Despite policies stating you will get reimbursed for failed tests due to UserTesting or client error, it's several months later and not one of the several tests have been reimbursed. They frequently close support tickets without even explaining what they did and entirely without reimbursement their policies say you are owed. Worth a ...

It's awful

It's awful, zero support for testers, no one is responding to emails.

Recent problems with customer support/getting paid

I've been testing with them since Jan. 2016. Typically there have been problems here and there with them responding and payments taking longer, but most of the time they pay. However, this past year, that has changed. Now when tests aren't uploading properly and you're contacting their support over and over, no one is returning emails and work is going unpaid. I have 3 outstanding video that have yet to be paid----starting since February of 2020. I just completed another one, with 72 tasks ...

Waste of time and ends up in…

Waste of time and ends up in disappointment. I sprnt the time doing the practice test and was happy I got accepted. I was glad I found a side gig for a little extra money...or so I thought. First it took lots of time to find a test I qualified for. I finally found one, and I thpught I did well. I followed the instructions, but apparently it was not up to the teams standards. UserTesting.com is rubbish

UserTesting.com is rubbish. I signed up to get paid and they emailed me a practice test but then it didn't create an account and now I can't use my email to apply again.

This company does not pay

This company does not pay. 5 weeks and no payment. They keep putting me off and saying "they'll get to it." Run away and don't do this.

Chrome extension nonsense

I supposedly signed up and got the email to 'activate' the Testing extension. But when I opened Chrome the user reviews for the extension were 1 star. It simply doesn't work. A complete waste of time for the meager $10 or $20 payouts - supposedly. Get a real WFH job that doesn't require this mumbo jumbo.
