It's been more than one month since I…

It's been more than one month since I have been accepted as a test participant for UserTesting. Still didn't got a single payed test. All I'm getting is some surveys telling that I will get payed tests in the future. But that never happens. I'm very much disappointed.

Not been So Lucky

Not been So Lucky. Signed up since December, Haven't received a single test from PC or Mobile. Temporarily demoralized at the moment, might try again in the near future.

it was ok EXCEPT FOR 1

I have had an ok experience with them except for 1 that really rubbed me off the wrong way, I was due for a live conversation, I waited for the link to the meeting, messaged support to alert them, waited an hour and no response or information to say what was happening. So fast forward a week, the company gave me a bad review and said that I never showed up or even let them know, so it not their fault and they are not going to be paying.

They are legit but I've had no luck with tests whatsoever

I honestly haven't been getting successful tests and I've been on the platform for nearly 2 months if not exactly that. I've done countless screeners that in the end I don't even qualify for the test. The one test I finally did qualify for required me to know isiZulu... That's really unfair because I'm a native English speaker, I don't know any other language. Are my demographics so bad (South African|Black Female|Student) that I can't even bag ONE proper test?I'm not trying to drag anyone ...

Eliminating studies

It would be nice if I studies I screened out of would not appear in the list anymore. It makes the list cluttered. Also, if I had the option to mark a study to not show anymore. For example, there was a study for Pennsylvania that I wouldn't qualify for, but it kept showing up.

Slow website

The website is rather slow. It takes a while to click through each prescreen test which makes the whole process of signing up for a test too long

Not a great experience

I never get any tests and when I fill out the SurveyMonkey forms to check for suitabiity you have to open a new tab to get back to the site. UserTesting should have people test/review their site.
