No support for testers
UserTesting is a legitimate platform and when tests go off without an issue, you will get paid exactly 7 days later. But I have been with the platform for over 5 years and I can no longer recommend them. Testers get absolutely no support. I have support tickets that are unanswered from 6 months ago and missing payments that were not resolved. Support tickets don’t even seem to be filing anymore. There is no tester support whatsoever. Took a microphone test and never got a response
I took my first test. I was then told I had some static on my microphone so my account was disabled and I was told to submit a microphone test. I did that and never got a response. My microphone is fine I think I was just speaking to loud on my first test which causes distortion it was a brand new web cam bought to use for this purpose. Hi can't reach help desk
Hi, I'm really sad I need to write this. Ever since the redesign my account seems to be broken. I have left many help desk messages and no one responds.I've taken many tests and all of a sudden I got none. It's been 5 months since I have gotten a single test.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I appreciate that UserTesting.com has great support for it's clients and provides resources outside of only their platform! For example, the team helps me find more participants if I can't seem to find enough from a niche group. The main UserTesting platform (The Dashboard) itself is great and easy to use. I don't have to spend much time setting up my participant screeners or setting up tests.

I wish a 0 star rating was possible
Its sad that this is probably the best usability testing site out there but at the same time they are the WORST when it comes to tester support. They care %90 about their clients and %10 about the testers who make their site function.-There is no phone support for testers. When you call them the prompts lead you to go to the website for tester support. -When you contact through the website you are waiting at least 1 month minimum for a response and that's if they respond at all. -And then ...

Great for me!
Maybe it depends on the industry you work in but I've found it great! Been a member for years, loads of successful tests and payments and also done a few live and longer tests (where the big money is). Of course you get a lot more surveys that end in you not being eligible for doing a paid test but that's expected when they're looking for people with certain backgrounds. I would be useless commenting on home grocery delivery as I've never done it, just for example!

Absolutely no tester/participant…
Absolutely no tester/participant support. Completed a 60 min session. The website apparently crashed and did not receive credit for completing session. Tried emailing, calling, and direct messaging support but no response. Phone number redirects any support questions back to website. Very concerning that they don’t care about the very people that contribute to their business line.
