Only 1 small complaint

Only 1 small complaint. Sometimes while I am in the midst of pre test screening, the test suddenly becomes unavailable. Even though the test seems apt for me and proceeding nice with questions. This wastes a minute or so. Not much big deal but should be fixed.Rest all is good at User testing.

I am very frustrated

I am very frustrated because I never had a chance to experience anything with User Testing. I feel like I don't belong here and you will never consider my efforts to participate. Thank you very much.

Most days I get nothing at all

Most days I get nothing at all. Most tests I see require a camera, and the rest I don't qualify. I'm on my PC most of the day and I'm lucky to get an actual test once a week.

Happy to test, but getting shut out a lot

I've been a tester for a few years now. The experience has been rewarding and a few ways. It's given me some more confidence overtime by doing different tests and reviews. Certainly the cash payout is a benefit as well. However I've noticed the last couple of years that I don't get quite as many tests that I qualify for, and many are job related test offers that never have any bearing to my job situation. Excellent user testing site, that lets broken screener questions through far more often than I’d like.

Generally a very well presented and very active user feedback community! Highly recommended.My only issue is that despite stating all the languages I speak in my profile, I regularly get a large number of screener questions written in a language I don’t speak at all. I’ve also had a large number of screener questions that don’t work properly for one reason or another, such as asking for multiple answers but using the radio button option so we can only leave one answer; or asking me if I ...

Hi can't reach help desk

Hi, I'm really sad I need to write this. Ever since the redesign my account seems to be broken. I have left many help desk messages and no one responds.I've taken many tests and all of a sudden I got none. It's been 5 months since I have gotten a single test.

Took a microphone test and never got a response

I took my first test. I was then told I had some static on my microphone so my account was disabled and I was told to submit a microphone test. I did that and never got a response. My microphone is fine I think I was just speaking to loud on my first test which causes distortion it was a brand new web cam bought to use for this purpose.
