Loading available tests is way too slow…
Loading available tests is way too slow and navigation through the questionnaires is frustrating. Should make the process more streamlined easy to get to list of test questionnaire s and mark ones that I dont want to participate. Should have a list of basic questions in a user profile so testers don't have to answer same question over and over again.

Amazing platform
I found out about UserTesting about a month ago, and I've learned a lot about providing feedback and opinions about a lot of things.I've had the opportunity to learn about new ideas and concepts, and I couldn't be more grateful about this amazing opportunity.

Minor isues, but overall a Good Website
The site has been working very well, but the notification sound sometimes doesn't play, and I've had some minor issues, still, I believe it's a pretty good experience as a whole. Most of the time the website works flawlessly and I believe they deserve praise for that.

Great website for user testing and providing feedback to new websties & apps. Really supporting help channels & quick payment on each testing completion.

Only 1 small complaint
Only 1 small complaint. Sometimes while I am in the midst of pre test screening, the test suddenly becomes unavailable. Even though the test seems apt for me and proceeding nice with questions. This wastes a minute or so. Not much big deal but should be fixed.Rest all is good at User testing.

Im very happy
i have been using usertesting since maybe june or july. from the start they say it will be a good way to make complementary money. and i have been doing about 40-50 usd montly. im very happy with it. because if i stay more time in the web. there is more chances to do money.
