I loved to work along UserTesting for nearly six months, but recently my user rating has gone down from 5.0 to 3.7 without any bad reviews from our clients, I have reported this issue three to four times, but I have not received a proper response. Even all the tests which I have completed successfully have never been given rating. I just want to get back to get more tests to provide better valuable feedback to our clients. I have not yet received any tests. I was very excited and dedicated and had left my dashboard open all day. It has been months and I really wish to get few tests as I feel I am really eligible being a bachelor of computer science student.
