Heard about them via TikTok, signed up, got approved, completed loads of prescreening surveys, managed to get selected for one. Noticed my computer and phone started to run slow and glitch out when the app was running in the background. Have uninstalled, as T&C suggests screen & audio recording can take place at any time. Wondering what this is really all about. I signed up to this service around 3 weeks ago. I completed all the questions and provided a bit of information. I had a flurry of screener tests, none of which were suitable for me. One set were asking if I was using a mobile network provider in Sweden and other countries. I enjoy doing UserTesting very much w/one caveat

I enjoy doing UserTesting very much. The only issue I've experienced is when I report a problem with the test/website, customer service is slow or non-responsive to the issue. :(

Good concept but impossible to make any money

While the concept is very good I signed up over a week ago and answered lots of questions but not a single test seems like a free way of getting info under the premise of getting money for participation. After a week of trying I have uninstalled and recommend you do the Same

There are no tests available

There are no tests available, no matter which time I check. I had only 1 test ever since I signed up for usertesting.

User rating is not verified

I loved to work along UserTesting for nearly six months, but recently my user rating has gone down from 5.0 to 3.7 without any bad reviews from our clients, I have reported this issue three to four times, but I have not received a proper response. Even all the tests which I have completed successfully have never been given rating. I just want to get back to get more tests to provide better valuable feedback to our clients. Signed up a couple days ago and I'm noticing they're getting more information about me from the screener tests, which always end up saying I'm unsuitable to progress onto an actual companies test!! Wondering what its objectives really are about!??!
