Ok for making a few bucks here and there...

You can make a few bucks here and there which is nice, but don't expect to earn enough to live on. When you do get a test assigned, they can be quite good fun to do. However, there are some real annoyances too:a) You might go through dozens of pre-screening tests before getting lucky. The tests only take seconds, but it quickly becomes annoying.b) Most of the tests seem to be geared towards business and corporate users, often in the IT field. So if you are a housewife looking to make a side ...

Heard about them via TikTok

Heard about them via TikTok, signed up, got approved, completed loads of prescreening surveys, managed to get selected for one. Noticed my computer and phone started to run slow and glitch out when the app was running in the background. Have uninstalled, as T&C suggests screen & audio recording can take place at any time. Also, had a few password data breach notifications since installing software which has meant I've had to change all my passwords. For me, all these experiences were too ...

Wondering what this is really all…

Wondering what this is really all about. I signed up to this service around 3 weeks ago. I completed all the questions and provided a bit of information. I had a flurry of screener tests, none of which were suitable for me. One set were asking if I was using a mobile network provider in Sweden and other countries. Surely they need to sort out the product to understand simply things such as where the tester is based and aimed the tests at that. I have also raised a support ticket to air some ...

Good concept but impossible to make any money

While the concept is very good I signed up over a week ago and answered lots of questions but not a single test seems like a free way of getting info under the premise of getting money for participation. After a week of trying I have uninstalled and recommend you do the Same

I enjoy doing UserTesting very much w/one caveat

I enjoy doing UserTesting very much. The only issue I've experienced is when I report a problem with the test/website, customer service is slow or non-responsive to the issue. :(

There are no tests available, no matter which time I check. I had only 1 test ever since I signed up for usertesting.

Signed up a couple days ago…

Signed up a couple days ago and I'm noticing they're getting more information about me from the screener tests, which always end up saying I'm unsuitable to progress onto an actual companies test!! Wondering what its objectives really are about!??!

User Testing is, simply put, a deep data…

User Testing is simply put a deep data dive. You are giving over control of your system to this company and the reason why you will never see the amount of "tests" that you desire is because they are just mining your information. Ignore the fake ads you see on Tik Tok about all the "passive income" you can make. They are looking for marks. Plain and simple.
