Great UserTesting Experience!
I have enjoyed the UserTesting experience so much. It has become a fun hobby that I get paid for! When problems have occurred the UserTesting customer service members have been responsive and have dealt with each issue I have had efficiently and fairly.

I am really dissatisfied because of not getting enough studies

I love this app
I love this app. I consistently get a few tests a week or more depending on how often I log in. The tests are on a variety of topics, and are usually fun to do. Customer service responds quickly, and payments are made quickly. Their website is easy to use and attractive.

UserTesting is fun and it's simple to get started.
UserTesting has been a fun way to earn a little extra cash and it is fun. It has been fairly easy to get started and I appreciate their communication to keep things safe.

Unhelpful in correcting errors
Had an error with my email that resulted in two accounts. Messaged support asking to correct the issue, but they suspended both of my accounts and banned me from their service. Customer service never responded to my emails and the only response I got seemed to be automated. Highly disappointed with their customer service team.

Still earned no money!
Had the app for a while now and earned no money, but disappointed it’s not really student friendly! (hint: UserTesting change this, I’m sure a lot of students wouldn’t mind earning some cash on the side!!!)

Lots of time on screeners but interesting websites/apps to review
UserTesting has a nice platform and I've made a fair amount of money off of it. The only downside is you spend 10x the amount of time completing their automatic screeners (only for them to say "sorry this isn't a fit") as you do actually completing studies. If you're looking for a quick buck, this is not it.

Is anyone HOME?!?
Been emailing customer support regarding a $30 test that I participated in LIVE with moderator-- though never got paid for. I've sent 3 messages over the last 3 months, and have gotten NO RESPONSE. Not sure if anyone is "home".
