"Helpful Feedback to push your organization forward"

What do you like best about UserTesting? I like that there is a transcription of the videos. It's helpful to read along and to take a quick look at what people are saying. I enjoy that you can do so many things with the product, from prototype tests to A/B tests to concept studies. We've found great value in the information we've received from UserTesting, and we've only just begun.

"See your customers without leaving home"

What do you like best about UserTesting? The best thing about User Testing, apart from the main feature, which is capturing users doing things, and performing tasks I ask them to perform, is the fact, that they provide the audiences for tests. With simple group you can collect the results really fast.YT relieves me of the need to deal with payments to participants. Multiple Issues with No Response

This is an easy way to make some extra money, but I have run into an issue multiple times while uploading a completed test on my Android mobile device, with the test crashing, not showing in the list of completed tests, or showing as Processing for over a month. Each time I have reported the issue and received no response from UserTesting support, and no payment for the completed tests, even after reporting the same issue multiple times. Dont waste your time

Dont waste your time . I am on it a few weeks and not getting any tests. They keep redirecting me to survey monkey and sites like . Its borderline been a scam site as far as I can make out.

Easy Money, Easy Soft Ban

Sure, the payments are tempting and almost seem like easy money. The site sometimes doesn't work and makes you get very low ratings and the support is one of the worst of the century, they answer you after a month and don't even answer you.

Sounds great, its not

"Customer service" takes 3 weeks to respond to an email and then they don't even answer your question. They actually do NOT pay you when their tech screws up and doesn't upload a finished 15-min test video, so don't fall for that lie. Also, they will cancel live conversations the day of the conversation and not even tell you, let alone compensate you for saving that time for the conversation.

Great UserTesting Experience!

I have enjoyed the UserTesting experience so much. It has become a fun hobby that I get paid for! When problems have occurred the UserTesting customer service members have been responsive and have dealt with each issue I have had efficiently and fairly.

I love this app

I love this app. I consistently get a few tests a week or more depending on how often I log in. The tests are on a variety of topics, and are usually fun to do. Customer service responds quickly, and payments are made quickly. Their website is easy to use and attractive.
