I do surveys in my spare time for fun…
I do surveys in my spare time for fun on subjects that interest me. The live surveys are interesting as you can learn about new products and or find out things you just didnt know. Its nice to be able to give your two cents on product or services that are trying to be improved.

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time! I receive one notification of a test every 3 hours and when I answer the questions more often than not it says that I am not eligible. Just not a good way to make money online.

Don't believe all the 4 and 5-star…
Don't believe all the 4 and 5-star ratings. You'll notice that most were "invited." In other words, planted. After years of providing clients with invaluable information, and a 4.5 star rating, I stopped getting invitations two weeks ago, among many others over the past month. The company says it is due to browser settings (which have not been changed) or use of a VPN (I don't). Waste of time
Absolute joke of a company. Waste your time and then when surveys finally came up for me to do they are blocked by a UserTesting pop-up forcing me to take a survey for them which when completed doesn't even go so I am completely unable to access the actual surveys.

UserTesting has been incredible at making discretionary income. While, it’s not substantive as a full-time job, and the screeners are quite tedious—the payouts on qualified tests are generous.
