I do surveys in my spare time for fun on subjects that interest me. The live surveys are interesting as you can learn about new products and or find out things you just didnt know. Its nice to be able to give your two cents on product or services that are trying to be improved.

Don't believe all the 4 and 5-star…

Don't believe all the 4 and 5-star ratings. You'll notice that most were "invited." In other words, planted. After years of providing clients with invaluable information, and a 4.5 star rating, I stopped getting invitations two weeks ago, among many others over the past month. The company says it is due to browser settings (which have not been changed) or use of a VPN (I don't). Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time! I receive one notification of a test every 3 hours and when I answer the questions more often than not it says that I am not eligible. Just not a good way to make money online.

Waste of time

Absolute joke of a company. Waste your time and then when surveys finally came up for me to do they are blocked by a UserTesting pop-up forcing me to take a survey for them which when completed doesn't even go so I am completely unable to access the actual surveys.

Very good. The pay arrives on time, the interface is easy to navigate and easy to learn if not techie. UserTesting is a good extra income

UserTesting has been incredible at making discretionary income. While, it’s not substantive as a full-time job, and the screeners are quite tedious—the payouts on qualified tests are generous.

UserTesting is a great company to work for. It’s not often easy to qualify for tests, but there are so many available that with patience and determination, you should find some that fit your preferences or expertise, etc.(app tests are really fun and easier to qualify for). They also seem to be constantly evolving and seeking to provide a great user experience by refining the interface, making it easier to choose and view tests, consistently delivering guidance and tips, and just staying in ...
