What do you like best about UserTesting? The best thing I like about Usertesting is that we just have to open its website on our computer and whenever any test comes it just makes a sound to let us know that we can take a test which is great. Also it pays the amount in our Paypal account in 7 days which makes it the best platform.

Tester highly satisfied!
Tester highly satisfied! I am a tester for Usertesting. It has been a great experience. I typically get 5-6 tests per week. I think i could get more if I monitored the available tests more often. If a test gets interrupted or there was a problem, Usertesting has always given me full or partial credit. Problems rarely happen though. "Great way to earn extra cash!"
What do you like best about UserTesting? I love that this is an easy income earned from home! Each test taken allows you to earn no less than $10. Sometimes you can make up to $60 depending upon whether the test involves a video chat with applicable personnel.

Terrible customer service
Had an issue with the email on my account (accidentally mistyped my email). Was unable to correct my email and due to that was unable to reset my password. Them completely lost access to my account. Reached out to support & no response. I can't seem to be able to take any…
I can't seem to be able to take any review to get paid. I honestly give correct answers and then find out that I don't qualify. For someone who needs a little extra pick-up money really bad but can't get qualified to do so. This needs to be changed.

The absolute best site for QA testing and supplemental income!
This is a phenomenal site. Excellent resources for QA testing, and for freelancers and those looking to supplement their income, there is nothing better! I have been with Usertesting for over 5 years and it has been an amazing experience! I highly recommend!!
