Fun and interesting!
I've been using UserTesting for some time now - and I love it! The tasks are always varied and interesting. And the payouts are always prompt. Highly recommended to all!

What do you like best about UserTesting? It`s a great tool to run unmoderated tests. This platform allows taking metrics, and task times. The user videos have good quality. The testing setup is easy to do and very fast, if you know about user testing.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I've been using the platform for almost two years now and it's been an amazing tool and resource to have. The platform is intuitive, always improving, and best of all finds users relevant to our customer base very quickly.

A great place for sharing your opinion while earning a side income
User testing is an awesome place to take tests and earn a side income. It's been more than 1.5 years and I have earned a decent amount from there. And this is one of the legit sites out there. Also, you get to help big companies shape their decisions and products. How cool is that?

Usertesting experience so far- 3 weeks in!
I have created an account and have very little work/ tests coming in to review. Since I joined 3 weeks ago I have only been able to complete 1 test. The feedback and payment for the one I have done almost two weeks ago still has not come through and I have no reviews. Extremely slow process and poor communication and feedback.

Tester highly satisfied!
Tester highly satisfied! I am a tester for Usertesting. It has been a great experience. I typically get 5-6 tests per week. I think i could get more if I monitored the available tests more often. If a test gets interrupted or there was a problem, Usertesting has always given me full or partial credit. Problems rarely happen though.
