UNTRUSTWORTHY. Do Not Use UserTesting
I am giving UserTesting a 1-star rating for three reasons: 1) Reaching out to support is like talking to bots. You can't get a real, human response to your questions, especially those important ones regarding account set up and PAYMENT. 2) I complete a test, had very poor tech support on a bad UI/UX bug on their website, and they retaliated against me by not paying me for a completed test! What do you like best about UserTesting? The platform is effective for evaluative and generative research. It has the flexibility to be used for multiple styles of research. It is also an excellent tool for democratizing research activities around a larger organization.

Usertesting is trustable
Usertesting helps in getting honest and precise feedback about websites and apps. Being a tester it has allowed me to share my experience in using various websites and apps. This helped me in improving my knowledge as well as providing these websites with useful information. It has always been a pleasure working with usertesting and am getting paid precisely for my work.

UserTesting pays well
UserTesting pays well. it is an excellent way to make extra money and on top of that, is very enjoyable. These are real companies needing real opinions - not endless surveys asking you the same questions over and over. You actually get to make a difference! Payment is always on time and without problems. I have no hesitation in recommending people give this a go. I am so glad I did!
