UserTesting is a great company that allows everyday people, like me, to review things online and give our opinions to help the companies to improve their products. It is very user friendly and gives me a little extra money here and there. Very beneficial during this day and time.

UserTesting is an easy and interesting way to make a little extra income. They offer tests on interesting topics and products. I feel they value my time and opinion in equal measure and always pay quickly and consistently. Highly recommend to anyone interested in helping shape the future of products and industry.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I like how quickly ut.com helps get participants for our tests with its robust contributor networks. The synthesis page was also easy to navigate and generate insights. It is a helpful tool that makes our research process efficient.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I work on a team of 2 researchers for a B2B company. It used to be incredibly difficult for us to recruit end users of our product, but UT has really sped up and helped with that process. It has also helped us speed up getting insights on prototypes by making use of the unmoderated testing function. I love how flexible UT.com is and have used it for a variety of methods, even using it to run a Diary Study. They also have incredible support and resources

Good Experience
I enjoy participating in usertesting surveys. I qualify for a few surveys every quarter. UseTesting offers a flexible way to make money and provide information for companies. All around a beneficial experience. I like to review websites and prototypes for apps. This was a website review of how to test the way one would "go about" using the website. I liked the additional 'begin this step' button ustertesting has added.

worst survey company. the technical support is rubbish, you don't have any control over your data, they don't value the genuine feedback and their policies are only beneficial to them. avoid
